Our policy lasts 7 business days from the date of the receipt of your item. If 7 business days have gone by since your item has arrived, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.  This policy excludes custom items and furniture. Custom items and furniture are not returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item - returned within the 7 day return period - that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item - in it's original, undamaged condition - that is returned more than 7 business days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Paypal or bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Custom orders: Custom orders and items that have been customized per your instruction are not returnable.

Furniture:  All sales of furniture are final. Furniture is created with one of kind artwork and vintage or antique elements and is not returnable.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Leather is a porous material and is not waterproof. Like all natural dyed leather, it is optimal to keep your items as dry as possible. Although our dog collars are sealed to protect them during normal use, it not recommended that you submerge your leather collars or allow them to remain wet for extended periods. Collars that regularly become wet may become darkened or discolored or lose dye. Items damaged by wear or misuse cannot be returned or refunded.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 150 E. Main Street  Saxonburg, PA  16056.  Please ship your item using a trackable shipping method and provide us with the tracking # after your item has been mailed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping to your address will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, in addition to using a trackable shipping service, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and your refund is dependent on your item be returned in undamaged condition.
